Real World Prevention (R.W.P.), Inc will not provide advertisers or anyone else with any information specific to you collected from the Site unless we have your consent. Only Real World Prevention (R.W.P.) employees or consultants allowed access to personal information about you are those who need to have access. Any employee or consultant who violates our privacy and security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination or prosecution.

1. What Information is Collected and Used:

We will not release your name, e-mail address or any other personal information to anyone else outside Real World Prevention (R.W.P.) unless we have your consent. However, we may disclose your personal information if

(ii) We in good faith believe that such disclosure is necessary or advisable, including without limitation to protect the rights or properties of Real World Prevention (R.W.P.),

(iv) If we determine an ad posted violates our terms of use or the rights of a third party, or (v) there is an emergency involving personal danger.

Please note that if you post any of your personal information on the Site, such information may be collected and used by others over whom Real World Prevention (R.W.P.)has no control. Real World Prevention (R.W.P.)is not responsible for the use by third parties of information you post or otherwise make public.

2. Cookies

"Cookies" are small text files that allow Web sites to store and retrieve information about you from your computer system. Real World Prevention (R.W.P.) may serve cookies to track individual site usage for later aggregation. But we do not use cookies in order to retrieve any information from your computer other than information originally sent in a Real World Prevention (R.W.P.) cookie, such as a user code. 3. Communication with Real World Prevention (R.W.P.)

From time to time, Real World Prevention (R.W.P.) or a partner may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake, or contest on Real World Prevention (R.W.P.). Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address, or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.

We may use a user's email address to send updates, a newsletter, or news regarding our services. Paying users may choose not to receive email of this type by changing their "notification" setting to "Do not send me notification emails” in the user Account Settings.
